At Coconut Magik, customer care is personal. Behind our little online shop is a real family, a busy Atelier and three generations of hands creating treasures with care. 💙
Whether you're choosing a flowing kaftan, discovering one of our colourful crochet creations, finding something cosy for a Little Islander, or meeting a Happy Pod for the first time, we want your experience with Coconut Magik to feel warm, simple and welcoming from the moment you arrive.
Many of the pieces you see here are handmade within our family Atelier. Great Grandma brings generations of crochet experience to her cosy creations, Nana sews and hand-finishes our kaftans and creates our Island Snuggle Blankies, while Mama brings every Happy Pod to life stitch by stitch. Other treasures are created and chosen with the same care, colour and island spirit that runs throughout Coconut Magik.
Because handmade pieces have their own individual character, you may occasionally notice small variations from one creation to another. We think that's part of their charm — little reminders that your treasure has passed through real hands rather than a production line. ✨
If you're unsure about a product, sizing, delivery or anything else before ordering, please contact us. And if you need help after your order arrives, we're here then too. You'll be speaking to our family, not a distant customer-service department.
We want every Coconut Magik parcel to leave our Atelier with care and arrive ready to become part of somebody else's story.
